Refund window

Monthly plans: 7-day refund window. Annual plans: 15 days. Requests outside the window are not eligible.

When refunds apply

You can request a refund if:

  • It is your first purchase and you are still within the refund window.
  • You were double-charged or billed incorrectly.
  • A confirmed technical issue prevents you from using the service.

How to request

Share your order ID and payment proof so we can respond quickly.

  • Submit a request through the contact page or email.
  • We review it within 1–2 business days.
  • Approved refunds are issued within 3–5 business days (bank timelines may vary).

Additional notes

Repeated refund abuse may lead to account restrictions.
